First, the mold pre-inspection:

Before the mold is loaded with the injection molding machine, it should be inspected in order to find the quality problem in time, and the mold can be removed after the mold is installed. When the mold fixing template and the moving template are separately checked, the direction mark should be paid attention to avoid the mold clamping. Make a mistake.

Second, the oblique guide mold installation:

When installing the mold, the two should closely cooperate with the safety. If there is a mold for the lateral parting mechanism, the slider should be installed in a horizontal position, that is, the movable block is moved left and right.

Third, the mold fastening:

When the mold positioning ring is loaded into the positioning ring seat of the template on the injection molding machine, the mold is closed at a very slow speed, so that the movable template gently presses the mold, and then the plate is pressed, and the pad must be mounted on the pressing plate. For the piece, the pressing plate must be loaded with 4 pieces up and down. When pressing the upper plate, care must be taken to adjust the height of the adjusting screw to the same height as the die, that is, the pressing plate should be flat. If the compression plate is inclined, the mold legs cannot be pressed very tightly. The side of the pressure plate should not be close to the mold to avoid friction and damage the mold.

Fourth, correct the ejector top distance:

After the mold is tightened, the mold is slowly opened until the moving mold stops and retreats. This is to adjust the position of the ejector pin to a gap of not less than 5 mm between the ejector plate on the mold and the bottom plate of the movable mold to prevent Damage to the mold and the ability to eject the part.

Fifth, the adjustment of closed mold tightness:

In order to prevent overflow and ensure proper venting of the cavity, when adjusting the hydraulic injection-clamp clamping mechanism, it is mainly based on visual inspection and experience, that is, when the mold is closed, the toggle is fast and slow, that is, it is not very natural. It is not too reluctant to straighten, and the tightness of the closed mold is just right. For molds requiring mold temperature, the mold tightness should be corrected after the mold lifts the mold temperature.

Sixth, can connect cooling water:

After turning on the cooling water, check if it is clear or leaking.
