    9. All mold before and after the mold, inserts, row position, sloping roof, straight top (push block), shovel chicken and other needs in the bottom or side of the processing of a waist round pit, the material name and hardness engraved.


    10. The position, push the block, shovel chicken, jitter and other important wear parts must be nitrided and hardened.

    19. Conventional structure mold must be arranged to support the head, both sides need to polish, small mold preload 0.1mm, large mold preload 0.1mm-0.15mm.


    20. The diameter of the positioning ring must conform to the drawing, and the form and position of the top stick must conform to the drawing.


    21. The specifications of the faucet, according to the BOM or the confirmed mold, must be processed and installed in accordance with the die. Drilling must not drill, sharp angle to be chamfering.

    23. All the characters on the mold must be neat, correct, not crooked.


    24. Mold need to install the side lock (straight lock). If you can not install a side lock, you need to install a taper lock, or a cone lock. Taper lock to be installed sideways.


    25. All screws and mold parts need to choose the standard parts, screw head can not be cut off. The effective locking length of the screw must be sufficient, normally 1.5 or 2.


    26. Hot mouth troughs must be rounded to avoid scratching the wires.


    27. Install the hot mouth ID card on the side of the mold panel.


    28. Die transfer acceptance: the need to cooperate with the mold engineers press the "mold checklist" acceptance through the packaging to take the mold.
