Plastic mold temperature is an important part of injection molding.
If the plastic mold temperature controled is good, it will produce good plastic parts;
But if plastic mold temperature control is not good, processing out of the product may be scrap.
So, plastic mold temperature on the processing of products will also cause what kind of impact?
1. The temperature of the plastic mold will decrease the standard precision of the product, which will reduce the qualified rate of the product.
2. The temperature difference between mold core and mold cavity is too large, and the plastic parts are shortened unevenly, resulting in tortuous deformation of the products and affecting the appearance of the parts.
3, the plastic mold temperature is too high, will make the products in the process and after the release of deformation, so that its shape and standard precision decline.
4. For some crystalline plastics, the high temperature of plastic molds is conducive to the crystallization process and prevents the change of the standard in the storage or application process.
5. Regarding plastic flexible plastic, low temperature of plastic mold can reduce its forming shortening rate, improve the standard precision of parts, shorten the forming cycle and improve the production efficiency.
6, plastic mold filling low temperature, if the melt speed is not high enough, then the internal stress of the product increases, easy to cause warping deformation or cracking application, especially some high viscosity of the plastic is the most obvious.
7, the temperature of plastic mold will drop the flow of plastic melt, so that the parts are not clear, or even mold filling dissatisfaction, or in the process of mold filling because the melt forward temperature drop too much and the onset of obvious cold joints, resulting in the mechanical properties of products decline.
If plastic mold temperature very low, it will also make the surface of products not smooth, attack a variety of surface defects.
